World Card Making Day Blog Hop

Hello and Welcome to our World Card Making Day Blog Hop using current Stampin' Up!® Products. To celebrate this Day we (a world wide collective of demonstrators) have banded together in a MASSIVE blog hop event to create amazing inspiration for you.
If you are new to me please let me introduce myself to you, my name is Susanne Netz and I am a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.  You are currently visiting my blog.   To explain to you how excited I am to be apart of this hop I would like you to know that in order for me to participate in this particular blog hop I had to add another blogging platform (for technical reasons) just for this exciting hop!!!  I didn't want any of my customers or followers to miss out on what is likely to be the BIGGEST and BEST blog hop ever.  So, that being said if you you want to connect with me all the social media links and the newsletter sign up is current for my main blog which is SuNN Stampin'  I'd love it if you would pop back after the blog to hang out for a while.  I have so much to share and love to share it.  A little insider information here, just between us crafty friends,  I have a HUGE Christmas Video Series coming up with 25 video tutorials as a way to share inspiration and the love of paper crafting.  I'm so excited!!!

Anyway, enough about me and more of this hop.  There are a lot of demonstrators involved in the hop we have a lot of different hops happening throughout the day.  So you will be visiting lots of different places all over the world in your hop. There is a list at the end of the page which will help you to move along from blog to blog so you will see a lot of amazing projects after all is said and done.

I tend to make video tutorials instead of written ones so I hope that you don't mind.  This is my card, the video follows the photo, the blog hop list is below that, and if you are interested in the supply list it is at the bottom of this post.

  1. Thanks for the terrific video with your tips & tricks! Now I know why my sponging is uneven, I need to get a little plastic sheet to rub off on first! You're also really lovely to listen to! TFS xx

    1. Hi Jessie. Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it. The little plastic sheet was a gift from a follower in England. She sent me a larger size too. I think it's supposed to be similar to the Ranger Craft Matt but it's just made for ink. I am sure any bit of plastic would do...or paper for that matter. I like it because I don't have to reload my sponge again, I can "reuse" the ink on the sheet. :)

    1. You are absolutely gorgeous to comment and give me a shout out! Thank you so much. Glad you liked the tips. Can't take credit for the plastic frame for stamp holding but the sponging and smudging tips I know from years of experience! LOL

  6. Hi Susanne, making my way through the last set of blogs now and just had to comment. I adore the blending you have done and the colours too. Everything comes together for a warm and love filled card. Whomever receives it will feel the love.

  7. Hi Kim. It's a lot of blog to get through. I haven't even commented on other's yet. I did a glance through but I have to prep for a class and have no time to read or comment at the moment, so I appreciate that you had commented with at more than 2 sentences. Thank you. :) I am glad you liked the card. :)

  9. Thanks so much for sharing such a useful tip on your video tutorial. I haven't seen this before and have always held back from sponging because I can never do it very well but you've give me the encouragement to try using a new way. That's just what I love most about cardmaking - the sharing that goes on. :) Happy card making day! Great blog hopping with you.
